Our Story

Treacy Patisserie is a boutique destination that focuses on using locally sourced and

international ingredients of the highest quality to create modern, eye-catching, and well-balanced petit gateaux, macaron and confectionary without compromise on quality.


The passion project of local pastry chef, Daniel Treacy who felt the need to open a creative space where he could take his passion for French patisserie and creative flair directly to the people of his hometown of Bendigo.


Each product is made using original recipes using both contemporary and traditional patisserie techniques whilst being respectful of origin and integrity of the ingredients used.
